The house

Verdedamare is a two-storey brick house in Lido dei Pini, the pine-wood stretch of coast between Anzio and Rome's countryside. It was fully renovated with two independent apartments, each with its own garden space, fibre Wi-Fi, and an automated heating and dehumidification system that keeps the rooms comfortable in every season.

Outside, white gravel and wooden decks sit under the old trees; there is an outdoor shower for coming back from the beach, and a hammock for the afternoon.
