How do I book?
Write to us with your dates and the number of guests through the contact page, WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability and price personally, usually within a few hours.
Is there a tourist tax?
The Comune di Anzio applies a tourist tax per person per night, which is paid on arrival. We will tell you the exact amount when we confirm your booking.
Arrival & departure
What time can we arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out by 10:00. Tell us your arrival time and we will be there to welcome you; other times can usually be arranged.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking inside the gate, free of charge.
The house
Are pets allowed?
Please ask us before booking. We also work with a pet boarding service nearby if you need it during your stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fibre Wi-Fi in both apartments, free.
The area
How far is the beach?
About 1.5 km: a pleasant walk of fifteen to twenty minutes, five minutes by bike or car. We can arrange e-bikes on request.
How do we get there from Rome?
By car via the Pontina (SS148) or the Nettunense in about an hour; by regional train from Roma Termini to Anzio in about an hour, then a taxi. Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are both about an hour away.
